BOOKING POLICY:

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of  50% of the rate must be made to secure the date and time of your appointment. This deposit can be paid through the website when you book your appointment. or by calling  ( 773 461-2410 )

PAYMENT POLICY:

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via,  ZELLE. Or Cash payment.

LATE POLICY:

If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of $50 will be added to their final invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS, However, there is a 30-minute grace period, so clients who arrive up to 30 minutes late will not be charged the fee. Please note that late arrivals may result in shorter photoshoot sessions. If the client would like to extend the session to its original time, an additional hourly fee of $150 + any late fees will be applied, subject to availability of the photographer. If the client arrives on time or within the grace period, the photoshoot session will end as scheduled in the appointment booking. Allowing time for the next client.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

All Deposits are final and non-refundable once the shoot is booked and scheduled. However, the client may request to reschedule the photo shoot no later than 7 days before the scheduled appointment, as outlined in the Acuity confirmation email or via phone. This change must be approved by the photographer. In the event that the photographer is unable to accommodate the rescheduled date, We will then work on a date that fits both parties.
